Four age/ability groupings:
Schedule & Location
This year we have made some minor tweaks to the program. Here they are in brief.
Slightly more focus on the clinic for the first 5 weeks. This means 45-50 minutes of the skill games that we focus on each session and a 10 minute scrimmage at the end.
"Play Day" is coming Week 6. For the last week of Kickin'it, kids will be scrimmaging the whole time. Still working out the specific details but will share them when ready.
We are going with grade level registration (like what was adopted at the travel level). The prek's and younger one's will be one group and then we will have three more levels above: Kingergarten, First grade and second grade. Goal is to keep friends together along with ages and skill level. If parents feel that their son or daughter would benefit playing at a higher group, we can have that discussion.
Thanks again for taking part in Kickin't in the fall and if you have any questions, please email me at Kickinit@amesburysoccer.com or call me at 617.224.6046.
Hopefully the snow has not burried you all to much!
