Summer soccer kicks off next Saturday, June 25. All age groups (except U14/16) will begin with an abbreviated clinic, followed by scrimmages. Please be sure to wear your summer uniform. We are also running a cleat exchange; drop off or pick up used, good-condition cleats.

U14/16 players - you will receive a separate email next Wednesday night (June 22) indicating which team you are on and the time of your Saturday game. Your game will be at either 8:00am or 9:30am.

Team rosters for the games beginning July 9 will be created and distributed next weekend. Practice clinics will also start the week of June 27; specific times for those will be posted on the site next Thursday (June 23).

Timeline for June 25:

8:00 am - U8, U12 and one U14/16 game
9:30 am - U6, U10 and the other U14/16 game

Locations:

U6 and U8 - these fields are located up over the hill (the same Kickin' It location and our traditional summer location). Walk down to the end of the paved driveway and then continue a couple hundred feet up the hill.

U10 and U12 - these fields are located near the shed to the left of the driveway.

U14/16 - this field is located down the path towards Cashman Elementary School.

Parking:

All cars must be parked on the opposite side of Lions Mouth Road, on the field. Do not park along the road (either side). Also, do not park at the Woodsom fields parking lot; we reserve this space for other people accessing the public land. We want to reduce car traffic near the playing fields for everyone's safety.

Equipment / Uniforms:

• Please wear your summer jersey and socks.
• You must wear shin guards, and cleats are recommended.
• No jewelry or metal.
• Bring a ball for the opening clinic!

Uniform Purchases:

If you purchased a uniform, please allow extra time before your session to pick up the uniform from the summer table.

If you did not purchase a uniform but need one, you may purchase it for $20 (check or cash).

If you need socks, you may pick up those as well from the table. There is no charge for socks, but we ask that you only pick these up if you need them.

Cleat Exchange:

ASA has collected a large supply of used cleats donated by generous families. If you need cleats, check out the stock. If you have cleats that no longer fit but are in good condition (no holes), please consider donating them. The cleat exchange will be set up next to the summer table.
